Floor Plans

Retirement Ranch has a modern layout with 6 different neighborhoods or pods. Each pod is a circle or semicircle with an inviting common area for residents to visit and socialize. Pods are cozy with a neighborhood feel and lots of natural light from an oversized skylight. Residents are welcome to head down the halls and visit friends in other neighborhoods.

We have 2 courtyards, one with a greenhouse and outside garden and the other with a large gazebo for outdoor visits and picnics. Residents, families and visitors can enjoy the waterfall, bridge and fishpond as well as the grilling area. We also have a beautiful pergola that covers our outdoor exercise area. We also have a general store, hair salon, library, TV room and so much more.
