Meet our team
Doyle Harris, NHA
Doyle graduated with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Nursing from Eastern New Mexico University in 1998. That same year, Doyle started at Retirement Ranch as the Director of Nursing. In 2007, he took the position of Administrator at the Ranch. He is actively involved in community activities, serving on the Board of Directors for the Clovis Rotary Club, and is the President of the New Mexico Health Care Association. Doyle has a wonderful wife, Ileana, four sons and one daughter.
Director of Admissions
Della has been employed with Retirement Ranch since 1990. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant then moved on to become the Director of Activities. She became the Director of Admissions in August of 2008. She handles all admissions into our facility.
Director of Medical Billing
Vanessa moved to Eastern New Mexico from Central Texas in 1979 where she began a career in pharmacy. She has been a Certified Pharmacy Technician for over 38 years. Having had an extensive background in Healthcare with experience in Hospital and an Institutional Pharmacy, She joined the Retirement Ranch Team in July of 2012. Vanessa is the Billing Director for the facility and, she provides Medicaid assistance for Residents seeking to apply for or re-certify Medicaid benefits. Her favorite time is with her family. Vanessa loves the outdoors and likes spending time in the mountains four wheeling. Vanessa has a husband, Lonnie, and has two sons, Travis and Chance.
Connie graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with her RN in 1980 and in 1994 she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 1998, she graduated from West Texas A&M University with her Master of Science in Nursing degree. Most of her career has been spent in the Emergency Department working as both an RN and as a Nurse Practitioner. She has taught at Eastern New Mexico University and Clovis Community College in the nursing programs. For the past two years Connie has been working at the Retirement Ranch providing care for the residents and skilled nursing patients. She is actively involved in community activities serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Clovis.
Trisha graduated with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University in May 2017 and a Masters in Arts Management from Wayland Baptist University in August 2012. She has been employed as the Social Services Director since March of 2011. Primarily, she works to ensure that all individuals who come to our facility have their social needs met, including transportation to local appointments and facilitating services both in and outside of the facility. She helps residents transition back into the community from the facility, sending out appropriate referrals to community partners. She manages the facilities QAPI program, ensuring residents receive the best quality of care during their stay. She is happy to discuss any concerns or complaints with residents and family members, as well as discuss options for individuals who may benefit from our services.
